Concert Band Pulls Out All the Stops

With a line-up of soloists including Pacific Symphony trumpeter Tony Ellis, woodwind artist Gary Gould, flutist EJ Kramer and multiple vocalists, the Laguna Concert Band is slated to perform at the Festival of Arts on Tuesday, Aug. 21 at 5:30 p.m., led by special guest conductor Mayor Jane Egly.

Their diverse program will include the Spanish song Malaguena, big band numbers, Irish tunes, Broadway showstoppers, and patriotic standards.

The concert is free with festival admission for non- residents. Chairs and tables go quickly.
